Our History – A family affair
Guiomar Empreendimentos was founded in 2022 after noticing a lack of excellence in quality of civil engineering services from local small and medium civil engineering companies. The name Guiomar is a tribute to Guiomar Da Silva, the matriach of the Silva-Pungo family and mother of the founder and CEO, Victoriano Da Silva.
Bachelor in Geophysics from U.Lisbon followed by a MSc in Petroleum Geosciences from IFP. Proven experience in project management and entrepreneurship.
